Terms of service

Ownership: The creator of all assets on this store (Alckemy) owns all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the course material, including video media, presets, samples, project files, etc.
Permitted Uses: The purchaser of the course ("the Purchaser") is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the material for their own education and musical compositions/productions.
Prohibited Uses: The Purchaser is prohibited from reselling or distributing any assets in the included material, whether in its original form or modified. The Purchaser is also prohibited from claiming ownership or authorship of the included material. The Purchaser may not sample any included presets or videos and sell samples/packs from any included material.
Credit: The Purchaser can use any sounds (samples, presets) without crediting the Creator (Alckemy) IF they are used for a creative body of work outside of repurposing and distributing content made from the original included material directly (i.e. Music, Film scoring, Game design, etc.)
Liability: The Creator shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use these preset(s).
Termination: The Creator reserves the right to terminate the license granted to the Purchaser if the Purchaser breaches any of the terms of this agreement.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Creator is located.

By purchasing and using any content on “Alckemy’s Shop,” the Purchaser agrees to be bound by the terms of this agreement. Any violation of the terms of this agreement may result in legal action by the Creator.
